Einzelner Blattrest aus der "Handschriften-Höhle" in Šorčuq. Er konnte aus mehreren Stücken hier wieder zusammengesetzt werden, doch fehlt noch die linke Blattseite bis zum Schnürloche. Das Fragment hat die Größe von 7 1/2 x 31 cm. Die Rückseite ist unbeschrieben bis auf die erste Zeile, die denselben Text wie die erste Zeile der Vorderseite enthielt; doch ist diese Schrift ganz verlöscht und nur wenig noch leserlich.
