TITUS Unicode Sample Page Armenian Script

Note that the Armenian diacritics (U+0559-055F) are defined as "modifier letters", not as "combining diacritical marks" in Unicode. This is why you cannot expect them to combine as true superscript diacritics with the adjacent characters.
