Verse: 1     Tho bátun nan thie líuti,   \   er in fon góte riati,

Verse: 6     sunter in réhtdeila   \   gispénto thaz éina;
Verse: 7     So wer sọ ouh múas eigi,   \   gébe themo nị éigi;
Verse: 8     thaz mit mínnu gidúa   \   joh gib thaz drínkan tharzua!
Verse: 9     Wírket óuh thaz tharmít,   \   thaz wízzod iuih lérit,
Verse: 10     noh úngidan bilíbe   \   thaz ther fórasago scribe;
Verse: 11     Mit thíu gidúet ir widar gót,   \   tház er iu ginádot;
Verse: 12     joh ób ir es bigínnet,   \   thio húldi giwinnet!"
