Verse: 1     In hímil farent thánana   \   thie gotes drútthegana,
Verse: 2     thie réhte joh thie gúate,   \   blídlichemo múate;
Verse: 3     In éwinigo wúnni   \   so ferit thaz ádalkunni,
Verse: 4     in mámmunti ginúagaz   \   (hiar githíenetun sie tház;
Verse: 5     Thie selbun gótes liuti   \   thar níazent liohto zíti,
Verse: 6     joh sínt thar ana fórahtun   \   thie híar io wóla worahtun);
Verse: 7     In filu scínintaz líoht,   \   thes ist sie íamer filu níot,
Verse: 8     ana tóth inti ana léid;   \   ni mag ih giságen thes giscéid.
Verse: 9     Ni mág man thaz irdráhton   \   noh mannes múat irahton,
Verse: 10     noh man irscówon ni mág   \   then selbon frónisgon dag.
