Verse: 1     Giwérdo uns geban, drúhtin,   \   mit thínes selbes máhtin,
Verse: 2     wir únsih muazin blíden   \   mit héilegon thínen;
Verse: 3     Mit ín wir muazin níazan,   \   thaz hábest thu uns gihéizan,
Verse: 4     thésa selbun wúnna   \   thia wír hiar scríbun fórna!
Verse: 5     Érdun inti hímiles   \   inti alles flíazentes,
Verse: 6     féhes inti mánnes --   \   drúhtin bist es álles.
Verse: 7     Wir birun, drúhtin, alle thín;   \   ni laz quéman thaz io in múat min,
Verse: 8     theih híar gidue in ríche   \   wíht thes thir ni líche!
