In these reference tables, UNICODE characters are arranged together with their UTF-8 representations (in two- or three-byte encoding which is not necessary for ASCII characters though). You can choose a certain UNICODE block using the Index as given above; each page contains about 15 KB of data.
Otherwise, you can download a page containing the complete set of UNICODE characters (the "surrogate areas" excepted) arranged accordingly.
